I've always been someone who's loved the stage.

As a youth, I dreamed of performing in school productions, and though I did, it was usually in background or choir roles. In my latter school years I studied theatre, doing both production work and learning performances.

I value that time-- the choir is integral to the production, and a lack of confidence was always holding me back from bigger roles. Years later, I want to not live with regrets. I want to try-- just earnestly, wholeheartedly, try. If nothing comes of it, at least I can say I did my best, gave it my all, and failed with pride.

Those who fear the fall will never have a chance to fly.
