I've casted Jay in my own productions and I will say he always puts in the right energy and is very consistent. He could seriously run a one-man show and make it to Broadway with his voice talent! He is also very cheery and brings good energy to any group or project he is in. You should really consider casting Jay in your project - you won't regret it!
