Usually free as I'm happy to do this as a hobbyist.

I love looking for someone's passion project. It shows how loyal they are to something they created. I've seen projects that never got past the first episode because the creator decided to quit because of inactivity.

Of course there are outside factors, but sometimes they just fall off the face of the earth.

I just hope that someone's ambition doesn't far exceed their abilities.
