I am a 45-year-old veteran. I was started on this journey of voice recently, as I have spent much of my life in a customer service environment and was told by many that I had a voice for radio or voice-over. I was at a job after the military for 10 years, then got laid off 2 years ago and fell into a dark place, and only recently started to pull myself out of it. I am hoping that this is the thing to help me get back the confidence I lost when I left the military and then my career of 10 years. Any advice or thoughts will be taken seriously and graciously.
