Moyushii - Heather
My post-secondary career focused a lot on developing my skills in critical thinking, receiving feedback, writing, and presenting information.
I had the opportunity to meet and work with a diversity of individuals through a Master's history program that allowed me to take courses at 3 different universities. I also focused my thesis research on environmental history and successfully defended said thesis.
My high school offered a specialist high skills major program which entailed completing a variety of arts and additional skills courses to receive an addition to my diploma. I specifically developed skills in graphic design, instrumental music, vocal music, and drama as I had the opportunity to participate in classes and activities that developed these skills. In particular, in the vocal music class, I had the opportunity to work collaboratively to create musicals from scratch, and it is one of my favourite projects to this day.
I have had multiple placements as a student teacher and actively work as a teacher, which has allowed me to develop my creativity and engagement with students as I teach all subjects.
No concrete rate at present, as I am in the beginning stages of this career.
I am looking for the opportunity to join voice acting projects as much as possible. I do work a day job, but often have free evenings and weekends to complete other projects. I hope primarily to develop my skills and to genuinely explore new opportunities that are fun, collaborative, and provide me with the opportunity to be creative or help others bring their creativity to life.
While I do draw as displayed in my profiles, I struggle heavily with motivation to begin a new project when it comes to drawing, so the frequency with which I create these is scattered. No other goal or project has ever presented the same challenges, which is why my primary target is voice acting and singing since my passion lies there now.
I would love to primarily grow my skills as a voice actor and/or utilize the skills I built as a singer for those who think it is a match to their project.
Keeping my face and identity private from the larger public is an important value due to the role of my day job.
