Mazarine
Hi! I’m Mazarine. I write ambient music with influences from glitch, IDM, post-rock, and classical music. I love Portal 2 and a lot of different kinds of music, and I’m especially interested in pieces that feel like they have their own identity rather than just sitting in the background.
I want to make soundtracks good again. I’m still growing as a composer, but I’m ambitious about what I want to create, and I’d love the chance to bring that ambition to your project. If you’re looking for someone who wants to make something genuinely memorable, I’d love to hear from you :)

I want a project that will really challenge me. Whether it's unique musical ideas, a specific style, or just a soundtrack that goes beyond background music, I will be sure to deliver as much as possible. I will make sure to reinforce your work's unique identity so that the music doesn't blend into a landscape of safe soundtracks. I would like to sharpen the project just as the project would sharpen my abilities. I am still learning, and with all experimentation, there will be rough spots. But I want to learn from those mistakes to make something that will be the best version of itself.
As for what project I want to work on, I don't really know yet. I want something slightly serious that isn't just an object show. However, I will give anything that piques my interest a shot. I love atmosphere, and I love to sit inside of worlds, so if your project can let me do that, then I will be so, so, so happy to work with you. I am open to anything.
