@jake-mcdanielFantasy Voice Actor | Bringing Characters, Worlds & Stories to Life
I have been interested in voice work for a long time. I remember in high school, I once did a line from an old Bo Burnham song for a friend, and she remarked, "You have a really good voice; you should be a voice actor." During high school, I also participated in theatre, where I received feedback that I delivered lines "really well and very believably." I've always enjoyed creating voices, but not necessarily doing impressions. My focus has been on developing a voice that fits a character's archetype or vibe rather than mimicking a specific individual.
As for my experience, I joined the college radio station and created a show where I presented folklore, mythology, and historical stories. It had a spooky spin, which influenced my presentation style. I often drew inspiration from the character Lucien Lechance from Oblivion to get into that storytelling space. After college, I somewhat drifted away from that podcast and started a new one, inspired by my newfound love of worldbuilding. I created a show called Spellbound Soirée, where I present a fantasy radio show with a mage as the host who discusses various happenings in the town.
I hope to have the opportunity to work with you!
Short character line (a few sentences): $5–15 per completed role
Small supporting role in an indie project: $15–40 per role

I'm open to discussion, especially with indie projects.
I'm open to any role that would fit my voice. Things like Narrator, Storyteller, Host, Fantasy Character, Villain, Antagonist, or just NPC background characters.
I excel with comedic characters, Authority figures, mysterious characters, or even creature/monster voices.
