Novice Voice Actor, 8+ years of Theatre experience in dozens of plays, 9+ years of Dungeons and Dragons playing (roleplaying and improv in group sessions).

I can do cartoony voices (Spongebob, Wallace and Gromit, etc), serious voices (Ketheric Thorm, Green Goblin, etc), nervous, strong, any sort really.

Up to the employer, probably around $0.25 AUD - $1 AUD per line sounds reasonable. Prices completely negotiable, free work also possible for portfolio extension.
