For a field trip back when I was still in high school, our batch was given an introductory course to different aspects of theater handled by multiple instructors; this institution is one of the Philippines' pioneer theater groups. It is the UNESCO-International Theater Institute Center in the Philippines.
I got booked my first narration role the same day as this workshop - definitely taking the full term course for improvisational theater under them. It was a wonderful learning experience and I can't wait to do more.
I love acting and aim to attend more improv classes; I do commercial acting for a living (check YouTube for full list of commercial ads) and am really looking to explore my range. Similar to having worked with assistant directors that understand how to bring out more of me on camera, I eventually would love to be able to work with storytellers/directors long-term for fulfilling collaborations - requires a lot of trust but that is definitely the kind of work I aim for with Casting Call Club.
