The Bachelor of Performance at UOW is a specialist course that allows you to become a self-reliant, highly skilled performing artist through a practice-based program. I learned a variety of practical skills and theoretical knowledge that I can apply to contemporary performance as well as learning the techniques, strategies and processes of modern theatre-making. The subjects covered the history and theory of theatre and professional practice, traditional interpretive actor training, developing your skills in acting, voice, singing and movement, and also focused on devised works for theatre and contemporary performance. The Bachelor of Performance taught theatre-making with an emphasis on collaboration and ensemble practice
