Hi, my name is Lem. My set-up is beginner and so am I, but I'm eager to learn and grow on the job.

It's not important to the work,  but it is important for comfortable networking - I happen to be trans. My voice is feminine so those are the roles I go for. Pronouns are he/him but if you're uncomfortable a neutral they/them is fine.

Also super down to do any trans/nonbinary roles but those are few and far between.

As for writing it really is a case by case basis on whether or not I'm interested.
