I'm David, otherwise known as Kralich. I've been leading collaborative projects and teams for over six years, and I'm a jack of all trades on my teams - I get stuck in with everyone else to get the work done, as I believe leaders should. I go out of my way to learn new things every day about any role anyone on my team is performing so that I can better communicate with you about the work you're doing. RTBR is an award-winning project, achieved through strong leadership but also a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. We get down to business when it's needed, and relax with games and collaborative activities to get to know one another on downtime. I push for my teams to be less like dictatorships and more constitutional - someone has to make the final call, but your opinion is important to me, and if you know more than I do, I'll often adapt my approach with your expertise in mind.
