Overview:
I have had a love for theatre and dramatics since I started out acting and singing on stage at the age of twelve up until after college. I got my first introduction to voiceover by narrating audiobooks, after receiving advice from my cousin, Jason Link (author of The Legender series and Angel from the Rust) and immediately loved the experience.
Over time, I have improved my skills and my voice has become quite variable. I can go from your average girl next door to a sultry woman with a velvety tone. This adaptability makes me the perfect fit for many different genres including commercial, narration, animation, etc.
Equipment:
I record in my home studio space on a HeilPR30 Mic and a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen UBS Audio Interface. My DAW is Audacity MacOS.
Education:
I graduated from Mitchell College in New London, CT with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Minor in Theatre and have received further training and experience with the help of voice over experts such as Joe Zieja, Craig Klein, and Shaun Mendum.
Online custom course and community to solid voice acting fundamentals for beginners and intermediates. This gave me everything I needed to know how to begin my voice acting journey.
A first course in the art of voiceovers, including commercials, narration, and promos. Introduction to all skill areas, including copy interpretation, the physical use of the voice, the business of the voice over business, and home studios.
