My name is Josh Spicer. I am an aspiring voice actor who has always wanted to get into the field but never truly had the cuts or determination. I feel the time has come for me to try taking this thing seriously.
I've been a fan of animation since I was very young and have become a fan of voice actors and the art of voice acting since I was a young teenager and noticed that a lot of the voices from various shows sound similar to others. Since then I've come to appreciate the time and effort each individual actor puts into their role and their work and I would like to put forth an effort to do the same.
As a male from Iowa I have a prototypical "non-accent", but I can feel I can fit a variety of roles where needed. As I would be adjusting to this as I go, I would not be surprised if I discover new things about myself and about my ability to act, not to mention what rang I can cover.
My only hope is that this becomes something that I can enjoy as much as I had hoped I would.
