Cursed with Glorious Purpose

As far back as I can recall, I have been told, "Wow! You have a 'radio voice'!" or "you sound like 'the announcer-guy' from the movies!" Well, I joined Casting Call Club on the advice of a trusted adviser/instructor who indicated to me that he has friends who belong and through their efforts, were blessed with rewarding and enjoyable careers in the "voice-over" industry.  As I recently turned 56 years old, I was overcome with an intense desire to at least try Voice Acting once before I died as I suddenly come to the conclusion that "damn, I'm not getting any younger!"  I KNOW that I can act as I have 24 years of Automotive Sales experience( my first training seminar was a Walt Disney inspired "actor in a live show" concept as we were compared to the animated characters that meander through the theme park NEVER out of uniform or character! I considered impersonation as a hobby or way to break the ice in both consumer and personal relationships. I look foreword to developing my natural talents, skills, and abilities to be utilized as a mutually effective and rewarding conduit by the industry and its agents. I do have a vision that I will become a valuable asset to those who allow me the opportunity and that I WILL  "shine like a star in the universe"!
