Hi! I thought I would drop by on this site to record a couple auditions here and there and see what happens. I have experience acting and recording vocals elsewhere, but want to see what kinds of projects are here.
Information:
If your project requires an e-mail / Discord / etc. upon casting, I will not send this on the casting page where it is visible for security reasons. Please use the DM feature.
If I am cast in your project, please make sure to discuss crediting with me before publishing the final work or creating any publicly displayed voice actor lineup lists. "iak222va" is only a username I use here; do not credit me with it.
My older auditions (from around June 2020 and earlier) make use of a less high-quality home microphone and are thus not representative of the current quality with which I can record at home.
Currently, I record all of my auditions from home. While the microphone I use for these auditions is of decent quality and can be used in actual projects without much issue, for more large-scale or professional projects, I can book studio sessions if paid adequately (except for now, due to COVID-19 concerns).
My auditions almost always have some minor post-processing applied - compression, de-essing, EQ, etc. In final recordings, I will also often apply some post-processing before sending, unless instructed otherwise. I will also usually export to .wav unless instructed otherwise.

The projects I audition for are not necessarily indicative of my standards for project quality or my interests. I often audition for roles that are not highly swarmed or that are more low-profile, or roles that would showcase a part of my voice that I have not utilized much in prior roles. This is especially true right now, as I am just starting to use this site.
