After being told too many times at work and while playing games that I have "One of those voices," I've decided to put that to the test. I've always loved and admired the art of voice acting since I was a little kid, going out of my way to watch anything with Steve Blum just because I was obsessed with his voice. I started young and never stopped caring just as much about the voices behind my favorite characters as normal people do about traditional Hollywood film actors.
Now as for my actual talents, my default speaking voice is an excellent radio announcer and narration voice, deep and bassy without being muddy, however growing up as a class clown and doing impressions my whole life means that I've got a huge vocal range from sassy and high pitched to deep and angry, as well as a few weird cartoon voices (but you only get to hear those if I really like you.)
Most of all, I'm passionate about what I do. What I lack in professional experience I more than make up for with a lifetime performing both on stage and off, getting way too into character at D&D sessions, and obsessively studying voice acting, only avoiding it as it seemed like too much of a pipe dream to be worth actually pursuing. Too much, that is, before I found this site. So here's my Hail Mary, I hope you like what you hear!
