Emily Hunter

Hi, I'm Emily, a UK-based audiobook narrator and voice actor with multiple published audiobook credits across romance, psychological fiction, science fiction and contemporary fiction.

I specialise in emotionally driven storytelling, bringing warmth, authenticity and character depth to every performance. My favourite projects are character-led stories that explore relationships, personal growth and human connection, although I'm always open to interesting narration opportunities.

I record from a dedicated home studio and have experience working with independent authors through ACX, delivering high-quality audio and maintaining clear communication throughout the production process.

Alongside my narration work, I work professionally in NHS operations management, which has helped me develop strong organisational skills, reliability and a deadline-focused approach to every project.

When I'm not behind the microphone, you'll usually find me reading, travelling, camping, supporting Arsenal FC or cheering on the Coventry Blaze.

I record from a dedicated, sound-treated home recording booth using a FIFINE USB microphone, Audacity, and a Dell laptop. My setup is designed to produce clean, professional-quality audio suitable for audiobook narration, voiceover projects and remote recording work.

I am able to self-record, edit and deliver completed audio from my home studio, and I am committed to maintaining high audio standards across all projects.
