About DominicJGM

I'm Dom, a half-British, half-Jamaican actor, writer, and at appropriate times a cosplayer, residing in the merry old land of England. 


I've been into the performing arts for well over 10 years, having taken part in amateur dramatic theatre, surprisingly big budget school musicals and more recently starring in, writing and producing live action and audio fan-based productions based on the hit BBC sci-fi show, Doctor Who, a show that has granted me many connections and incredible experiences, such as fronting a BBC television ident on Christmas Day 2016. 

Whilst I took my university degree in journalism, I realized my true passion was the one I should have followed from the outset - in acting! The dream is to be able to do this for a career as I really just love the craft of it all, and being able to bring life to new beings through the medium of live action acting and voice acting.

I have voiced characters for various productions, and I'm currently starring as my own version of the Doctor in DynamicWorks2012's live action and audio fan produced Doctor Who series, intrepid Journalist Thomas Pruitt in the original audio sci-fi comedy Secrets From The Rift, and I've just begun voicing Tea Ciabatta in the Dungeons and Dragons-based political comedy podcast, "The Campaign Trail".

I also run a YouTube channel by the name of "Who Chaser" where I upload my own full cast Doctor Who fan audio drama anthology series by the name of "Doctor Who: Remnants", where I have done the writing for the first three episodes and voice a few characters.

    Dom is the type of director and creative collaborator that you would want for every project, and a friend that you would want for life! He's direct, warm, and supportive! He encouraged me to be my very best in every project that we've  worked on together, and gave me direct feedback that helped me be a better actor and voice artist. Plus, he always believed in projects of mine! We collaborate extremely well together and is by far the easiest to collaborate with and work professionally along side. He puts so much time and passion into everything he does, and it is SO admirable and inspiring! Both as a best friend and collaborator, Dom is someone you want on your team, and in your project!
