I started acting in high school and fell in love with it. Throughout those years, into college, and civic theatre I was in many productions. At 42 I decided to go all in doing what I enjoy.
I can produce a wide variety of accents/ dialects impressions as well as experience in narration, commecial, education, video games and animation.. My background in competing in Speec for Prose, Poetry, Humorous and Dramatic Interpretation, and Duet Acting, laid a foundation for where I am now. I also went on to judge those same competitions for UIL several times.
I released my first professional Voice Over demo for animation in 2022 along with taking several voice acting courses with industry pros at Iolite Studioz in Dallas TX
Since then I have had many incredible opportunities and castings in VO as well as on camera acting and producing.
The current voice of Donald Duck for Disney gave me some great feedback. We went over several homemade demos I had done and planned for me to take classes and record a pro demo.
Voice Acting (multiple classes)
I was fortunate to study and do booth work with this amazing group of seasoned pros who both act and direct for Funimation and elsewhere. I received excellent feed back from all directors. I practiced dubbing (flap matching) and cold read auditions in the booth, and was even cast by one of the directors for Tales of Luminaria as NPC voices, based on my in class performance. 2021-2022
