When it comes to voice acting, none! I am a beginner, so I'd like to get as much experience as I can! As for visual art or writing, it depends on the complexity and/or amount. However, I don't usually require payment unless it's a long term project.

I am looking for passionate projects either in the form of animated films or video games! Art is always really fun for me to create, so I would love to find others who share the same sentiment in their projects! I, myself, hope to create projects of my own in the future, but I would like to experience being on board with a team before stepping into making a project myself.
