My background in recent years has been working as a field technician. When I'm home I typically play with my kids, play on my computer, and try to relax from a hard week's work. I have decided to make more time dedicating myself to pursuing voice over as a career. It's been an interest of mine for well over 10 years, and rather than get older and regret not trying, I am making it my mission to make it happen so that I can stop climbing big radio towers and pretending I'm not afraid of heights.
I've done a couple plays in elementary school, singing Oh Christmas tree and other Holiday acts. In High School I sang in Cinderella as a background actor, and I've done original One Acts in High School. I've done a semester in TV/Radio Production at a technical school where I got to play as a weatherman and news broadcaster. We also got shown how to draw story boards for commercials, camera switching in a production booth, and interview skills where one of the teachers did the best Christopher Walken production this planets ever seen.
I'm currently in the process taking classes in relation to VO, reading any books I can get my hands on, and auditioning through this site. So far it's been a lot of fun and I am excited to see where this path takes me.

Corey Thornton, OH COREY THESPIAN THORNTON! This guy rocks out hard. In the most authentic way ever, I appreciated his line reads/deliveries - and didn’t know he actually make a righteous Orel Puppington before when I only casted him for the Angry Sun role. He picked up the role, when I couldn’t get into contact with a Va, but I bet they had family issues to deal with which is ok - that’s more important. Anywho, Corey picked up the role, gave me his lines; and honestly, without him - the production would’ve been cancelled. So if you need a life saving production of an actor - just call Sweet Life of Corey. And: Keep the light flowing, broing. ;-}
