I am a Spanish LEGO stop motion animator re-taking this childhood hobby again after 20 years. I’ve already read a couple of books on animation principles, and I’ve just finalized the script and storyboard for a short I’m planning to shoot. The script and voice lines are quite short, and I plan not to monetize the video, so I expect casting volunteers as a fun, hobby-level project.
I did not enroll in nor complete the course, but I audited the classes for a week and was allowed to complete one of the course's labs. For my animation project, I animated a Disney-style top hat (at 12fps).
For my first Stop Motion projects on Youtube I plan not to monetize the videos, so I expect casting volunteers as a fun, hobby-level project. Likewise, since I'm just starting out, I won't charge for my animation services or for collaborations on other projects.
I am an amateur LEGO Stop Motion animator. I specialize in Brickfilms and Stop Motion shorts using classic LEGO minifigs from the 90s. My favorite genre is science fiction. My intention in joining the Casting Call Club is to find amateur but passionate people who want to participate in my projects, giving voice and personalities to the characters in my scripts. I am also willing to participate and animate through stop-motion scripts that are offered to me with stories that can be told in LEGO format, if the idea is interesting!
