Eli is a 9 year old kid that is born in Davenport, Iowa. His parents,Eddie and Julia, had Eli when they were in their 20s. Eli is a fun exuberant kid wanting to explore the world. But,he was always jealous that other kids get to see Mr. Dreamland and talk about how wonderful and entertaining he is. Eli is just a ball of energy,trying to find a way to get to Mr. Dreamland.
