Kate "One cheeseburger please, David."

David looks a bit embarrassed and uncomfortable, with a speech bubble from Kate
entering the panel.
Kate: "Oh, don't look so gormless: I'm bitterly disappointed that you've
not taken my advice to vamoose, but not bitter. I'm far too old for all that
nonsense. Besides, neighbourhood get-togethers don't happen much round here
anymore so I thought I'd support your little event and charity drive for the hospital.
I've got some things in the house that will hopefully help raise some
cash."

Kate turns to Gerry. He looks irritated but tries to hide it. David tries hard
to stifle a laugh / smile.
Kate: "You, the sex-mechanic with the girl's hair cut, quit acting like a
creeper and make yourself useful. I've got some stuff looked out for the yard
sale but could do with a little help. Backdoor's open, number 66. Everything's
in a cardboard box, and don't touch anything else. Got it?"
Gerry: "Uh... sure"
