About Zollern Wolf

I am very new to voice acting, but been practicing for a long time. Hoping to get myself out there. My dream is to voice over TV series, movies and video games for kids and young adults with deep, positive messages in them. I do better with dark voices, but I am adaptable. I can do Scar, Elmo, Stitch, Mickey Mouse, Merlin, Goofy, Scooby-Doo, Carol Channing, Super Mario, Iago, Roz, and Squidward for characters, and I am working on more. For accents, I can do Russian, Indian, Australian, German, British, Mexican, South Eastern USA and Boston (New York). I have not taken any classes yet, so everything I know is self-learned. I am not against classes or being coached, however.

Furthermore, I've loved to play around with my voice since I was a child. As I grew up, I found that I could do more and more with it. Once it got deeper, I was able to modulate it and form it like putty into almost anything I wanted. I have tried singing as a career once, but it didn't get far. My current career is in computers (specifically, databases and programming), but it doesn't feel like what I'm supposed to be doing anymore. It's monotonous and stressful - I'd rather do something that I know I'll truly enjoy: voice acting!

I also am a late, self-diagnosed autistic, and for me, that's a strength and a gift. I've been through so much alone, and I never want anyone to have to feel like I did. So, to that end, I speak up on mental health issues, and I believe on recovering loudly so that others do not suffer silently. I reach out to those who need help, so they don't feel as alone as I did. I really want to get these messages into my voice-over work at some point, but I know that's later down the line. Right now, I just want to get myself out there, and have fun doing it!

What Zollern Wolf is looking for

Looking to get myself out there right now. Best with villains, dark voices, and jaded, "older" characters that have been around for a while and help out the protagonist and/or younger generation, but can adapt to others as well. My goal is to do voices for characters with deep, positive messages for kids and young adults, particularly those that are struggling, so that they feel less alone. I am very new, so I just want to get known right now and improve. I will say, I don't like to swear too much, so I'll likely prioritize those that have little to none. Not against it, mind you, but anything with F bombs, any equivalent, or worse, I try to avoid out of principle and self-respect. This is another reason why I prefer to target kids and young adults (teens). However, I am not necessarily against it if it is in small doses.
