@TerigationVoice Actor, Singer, and Gamer. Gaming industry dream job. LGBTQ+ individual. I am a human before I am a professional, so please treat me with respect and I will do the same. Check out my Google drive if you want to see more of my portfolio. VA work is under Outside hobbies folder. :)
I'm new to the world of acting, but I came to a revelation a couple years ago directing, voice acting and performance capturing in the gaming industry is what I want to do. Gaming has been my passion as a hobby for years. Now it's something I want to strive to put into my profession as someone who contributes to it. I want to build my portfolio both as someone who wants a place performing in games, and a small artist pursuing an education who needs their voice heard. Feel free to reach out to me if you're looking for a project with a voice actor who can do many accents. :)
As I have been working on an associates degree, my professor taught us the meaning of knowing your character. Both the psychological and even non-canon parts that can tie in with them that just make sense. We worked on character presentations with power points, and practiced a multitude of exercises. One of my favorite ones was finding an animal associated with my character and acting him out non-verbally as the animal I would associate him with.
Right now I will work for free for portfolio building but I would only want to work on a couple of projects before I do start charging. My price range is negotiable but flat rate for entry level ~$50 - $150 USD for short projects, more experienced roles ~$150 - $400 USD and for larger roles I would do a flat rate of $400+ USD. I am again, open to negotiations and even flexible to do a couple of projects for free for portfolio building, especially with indie developers who need it.
I prefer gaming as that's the industry I primarily want to insert myself in. I don't mind voice acting for animations. Primarily I want to build my portfolio and become something bigger. I want to work with my hero's one day and become one myself. I feel like a huge way for me to be heard as an artist is to build my passions with people who inspire me, but I want to also make my way there through dedication. Then when I make it there I want to give people who are struggling to have a voice, get their voice when I have mine out there. It's difficult to be in a position where you're a creator that is coming from the depths of a six-foot-grave to reach the peak of the sun. Let's help each other. :)
