Ryder Smith

My name is Ryder, and I am currently a college student studying English Writing and Italian Language. My ultimate goal is to write in television animation, and I have several skills in that area that will certainly add some oomph to any project you need a writer for. 

My abilities in editing and flow are unmatched. Throughout high school, I was my friend group’s de facto essay editor, raising people’s grades significantly from what they could have been without my intervention. I always focused particularly on flow; I made sure that, no matter the subject, the written piece was easy to read. After I took a pass at editing, there was minimal confusion as to what the writer was trying to say or the emotions they intended to convey. This is particularly important in scriptwriting where the flow of the conversation is the main indicator of what people call “good” or “bad” writing. My specialty is making sure the dialogue in your project will never feel stilted. 

On top of that, dialogue I write myself carries the same gravity. My work strikes the balance of flow and information some fully-produced TV shows lack.
