Animation takes a tremendous amount of time to make so at minimum I expect 40 USD per second of fully rendered animation!
2D anime style animation jobs
If the job is over 1 minute long then I would prefer to work in a "Shadow-less" style meaning that the frames will not be shaded or has minimal shading to save time
However if I am not the only one working in the project then I am fine with doing shaded animation no matter how long the animation is.
