Carter J. Allen

I'm a filmmaker from Belfast now living and working in Atlanta. I studied film at the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Stamps President Scholar, and am currently producing narrative shorts under Cool Giant Films (www.coolgiantfilms.com) with a focus on Northern Irish voices. So far we have created two award winning short films, and garnered over fifteen million impressions online. I possess a focused history in leadership and collaboration, and am always on the lookout for the next project.
