The Lone Ponderer

Allow me to introduce myself as The Lone Ponderer, or to many horror buffs out there; Dr. Moxmo. Canadian Story Narrator and Voice Actor. 

Ten years ago I began my journey as an actor, starting in small school and city run theater plays on and back stage, playing a variety of roles and refining the core of my performance skills. Although being on stage in front of a live audience was always a wonderful experience, I always harbored a fascination with the power of one's voice and ambiance to convey the emotion of a character and to create living worlds in the listeners mind. With this new found interest, I devoted my efforts to refining the tone of my voice and using the power of music to instill emotion in my listeners. In 2013 this fantasy turned to reality, as I started my voice acting career on Youtube, narrating short horror stories (Better known as "creepypastas" ) on a weekly basis, under the alias of Dr. Moxmo. 

Throughout my years I have had the honour of narrating a variety of stories, working with beyond talented authors, actors and directors,voicing a colourful repertoire of quirky, flamboyant and yes... truly horrifying characters. Along the way, I have continued to grow my library of transfixing tales and character development work. 

With this site, my goal is to continue working with other people who share my interests and passion and hope to continue to refine my skills and actor and challenge myself with a new variety of roles and voices. I look forward to working with anyone, on wide amount of projects. 

And just like with every single one of my past readings; I leave you with my true belief;

"Sit back, and clear your head of all stresses and anxiety. Close your eyes, and listen. Your mind is a blank canvas, the story shall be the lines, and my voice shall be the paint. This is your world, what image will you create today?"
