I'll be honest not really the voice I was looking for.....however, it literally made me laugh so hard so it's a great voice you've got there
Well I basically just read the character description and thought “what is the best voice I could give to a character whose a dumbass?” I basically meshed together my voice, Big the Cat, and Wakko Warner.
