Vulgora is obsessed with destruction. They are a warmonger and want to fight at any given chance. They know of Lucio's presence and have visited him after his death, along with Procurator Volta. Deciding to use your Arcana on Vulgora will also reveal, similarly to Volta, that they are not necessarily human.

Male or female can voice this role, but we'd like a masculine voice. If possible, the director would a crazy chaotic voice for this character
