A vulgar and brash loudmouthed young woman who doesn't care about what you have to say. Tess is prone to rushing in when the fighting starts and sees a surprisingly overwhelming success rate as a result of her gung-ho bum rushes. Despite her extreme competencies in combat and wasteland smarts; she'd probably be dead with her "charge first and ask questions later" mentality if it wasn't for her soft spoken, power armored, partner.
Tess is in the realm of 18-19 years old and is incredibly loud and crude- swearing with extreme frequency. She's fearless and often indifferent to the feelings of others- except her partner.
(Yelling from the distance, trying to get a group's attention)
“HEY! ASSHOLES!”(Speaking loudly across a stretch of ruined street)
“Word is a buncha dumb shits went and pissed off the Morrisons! I hear there’s a nice reward for bringin’ their kid back home and puttin’ the dickweeds responsible for takin’ 'em in the dirt!”(Groan of annoyance and resignation)
“Uggggh, fine! Fine! Fine! I’ll be a good girl and stay close… but only for the rest of today!”
You literally JUST missed the deadline for this particular role as I just cast it before I saw this audition. The audition sounds terrific otherwise. I would encourage you to keep an eye on this page as more roles will be added as time goes on and I'd certainly like to hear from you again.
Just realised I completely misread the deadline and thought it was still the 20th today. Definitely something to work on as I do intend on auditioning for your Phoenix Wright fandub soon!
I thought it would also include the date, but when I originally set the date for yesterday CCC closed the project and I was forced to bump the deadline back one day to allow auditions through yesterday. However, it went and let you audition today as well anyway despite saying that it is currently closed. Odd.
I see, that would explain the misunderstanding! I'll be sure to submit earlier than the final deadline in the future!

Your acting sounds really nice here! There's lots of clipping at the yelling bits though. I find trying to make sure my yelling bits for audio land between -2 and -6db really helps keep the yelling feeling without the loudness of it. Theres also a really good program fro iZotope called RX 7 Voice DeClip that helps a lot too (it was just on sale for a couple bucks, dunno if its back to its full price now tho). Good job otherwise! ^_^ Sorry you missed the deadline, im sure it would've been a blast working together
Thank you so much! I really do need to work on the peaking/clipping in my lines; I've always kind of struggled with the gain and distance regarding high levels of volume. Thank you for the recommendation, and hopefully we can work together on another project at some point!
