Creaty for Luke
Luke is a caravaneer for the gun runners, and unlike Red, he is one of the more kinder folk living in the wasteland, who cares more about doing the right thing over the selfish things. He has a heavy conscience, and always helps his friends. He can be a bit of a hopeless romantic, but he doesn't let that stop him talking to the ladies.
He grew up in a small community without any real family. He was raised by Pete alongside his friend Mickey in the remains of an old trailer park. Him and Mickey are longtime friends, and brothers. However, Luke has a bit of a southern accent, whereas mickey and Pete don't.
When I was a kid, me and Mickey were growing up around these parts. It was a lot safer then. The only real issues that came up for small little bugs or occasionally an average ghoul. Anyway, me and mick used to go around jumping on rooftops and making little obstacle courses. It wasn't the smartest thing, but the trick was to not look down, you know. Learned a lot from that.
Good old Uncle Pete. That's what we called em'. Or rather, that's what Mickey called him and I just followed along. Heh. I never asked about my parents you know. I just made the assumption and ... never really tried to think to hard about it. As far as I care, my life started when Pete found me.
