Nero is a parliamentary member.  He is apart of the Unconventionalist Party (If blue and yellow are democrats and republicans, then the Unconventionalists are red.  They're considered the "extremists", especially after some terror attacks a few episodes back).  He is young, wise, and logical.  He is capable of processing the best outcomes for himself and the people.
