Cell is a bio-android created by Dr. Gero/Android 20. He is comprised of cells taken from Earth's mightiest warriors including Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta and many others. After absorbing Androids 17 & 18 and transforming into his perfect form, Cell becomes the ultimate fighter. Cell's only joys are terrorising Earth and seeking out strong opponents to test his newfound strength.
