Flame is kind of lazy. He acts timid sometimes and is apathetic towards things that don't interest him. He loves reading, and is seen with books a lot. He has a collection of "magazines". 

The voice I want for him would be kind of monotone and bored sounding, but easily able to switch between that and a voice full of emotion very quickly.
