The Operator is the mysterious voice on the phone that works for the infamous assassins guild "The Arbiters". He/she provides assistance to the guild members and is their primary source for retrieving information on any "clients" (targets) and the like.
Not much is known of The Operator. Not his/her name, background nor appearance. The only thing people know about him/her is what he sounds like; composed and sophisticated.
Mr.Pearce, what an unexpected surprise. How may I be of assistance sir?
