Cesco will be Napstablook. Cesco is a energetic, loving, pranking ghost who LOVES to have a good time (which is weird since he's being a depressed ghost for the project). Despite the fact of not having many friends, he always sees the good in people, even though he is a bit evil. Cesco has a talkative personality (does that make since?) and his voice is a bit high and gravely. But not that high, high as in sounding in the 14-15 age group.
