Starlow is a Star Spirit who protects Jerry Skylark in his adventure. Sent to the Spirit World after her and her brother's death, they were both assigned a human to protect with their lives. Starlow was assigned Jerry Skylark while her brother was assigned Harry Skylark, now they joined forces with the Skylarks and fight by their sides.

I like your voice, but I don't think the voice fits for Starlow. But I do have a character who does fit your voice, try looking at Twitch's audition post.
