This character is from a game called "Master Of Eternity", and is actually a fandub by our sister production.

Ebels is one of the main enemies of the Captain in season 6 as well as a plot device used in Leahs side story (we will be doing that one very soon)
She is an admiral for the opposite team always shown in her profile wielding a whip.  
Her performance causes me to think that she is one of the type of enemies who is very prideful of her strength but has the guns to prove it.  
She currently has no voice samples so please make up your own voices for her!

Ebels is to sound like a masochist with each of her words drenched in poison.  She is meant to be well composed, but deadly.  At no point in time is any given situation out of her control.
I want her to have a strong, deep and sadistic voice.
