A high-ranking Covenant officer.  Try to add a slight growl to raw voice.  Voice actor may process their own lines satisfactorily or I can edit the lines myself.  Please do not mistake the language here.  I am open to the voice actor editing their own lines as long as they fit the role satisfactorily.  My key expectations are clean audio (no noise floor or obnoxious ambient background noises) and appropriate tone (accent and attitude).
