A street magician that is more than what he seems. Waltz is sincere, kind and mature beyond his age. He is a firm believer in magic, smiles, and laughter.
For his voice, the voice actor must be able to do a young boy, about the age of 12, voice and a mature young adult voice.
In a young boy voice: "Good day, everyone! My name is Waltz, and I'm here to spread some happiness and magic!"
In a young adult voice: "Adults aren't like children. They worry too much and don't appreciate the small joys in life. As we grow up, we forget how to be happy."
