Once a psychologist by the name of Doctor Alan Poe, he always had a fascination with the minds of humans and anthropomorphic creatures and decided to take it further by inventing a special device that drains intelligence from anyone within a close range, making them brainless and helpless as animals or children. But soon the effects took their toll and his body started to shut down but he managed to insert his brain into a robotic body before it got any worse. Now he goes by the name brain stain, causing havoc across Hamlet City
