Former UNSC Marine, flight in the Great War. He bought a bar on a bet that he and his squad made it out alive from what seemed to be a suicide mission. He often feels harassed by Sagittarius  Company, especially Levy, for messing up his bar whenever they get into a fight with another party and constantly reminds her to pay for the damage she causes. He is also an info broker who sells people high value information about pirating opportunities.
