A hallowed necromancer who trains newt more in his powers to be able to control them better

Has a dark sounding voice, but at the same time is happy,
(Dark voice but enthusiastic at the same time)

Time to rip out there heart and use their soul for my dark purposes...(Happy but sounding satanic)
They will all die at my hands and the become my minions of the undead...
