I imagine his voice as high pitched. His voice is usually very Monotone.  I think even a girl could do this role, just make your voice a little deeper and it would work.

If I had to describe what I want her voice to sound like based on already existing Danganronpa characters, I would say Chihiro from Danganronpa 1.
