Belle is an older Vampire and friends with Vince. She appears in a few episodes during a story arc. Belle is stinking filthy rich and very used to living in luxury and wealth. She's also quite spoiled. While she's nice to everyone, she tends to have a bit of a "I'm better than you" air to her.
