Harmony Campos - Ultimate Composer - One second she's nice, the other she's insulting someone, Harmony is a very odd person to interact with. She is rather emotionally unstable, and sometimes the smallest things can push her over the edge.

I imagine her voice as medium - deep, and a little quiet. She gets very quiet and mumbly when mean, though.

If I had to describe what I want her voice to sound like based on already existing Danganronpa characters, I would say Peko from Danganronpa 2.
